"Do you remember...dancing in September..."

Well Adventurers - how has your September been? Ours has been busy as usual and our household has definitely been dancing. I am having a hard time believing that it's almost October. This year has really flown by.

We have also mostly completed Bailey's new big girl room. Complete with Female Super Hero Letters. Each letter is another female marvel character. Trevor said we didn't want to mix Universes, (Marvel and DC) as that would just confuse Bailey. Oh okay -goofball.

We are still having summer like weather and are taking advantage as much as we can before the snow comes. That is if the snow comes. Last year was super mild which I didn't necessarily mind, but one of these days it will be jacket weather again and I am more than ready.

We took the Bailey girl miniature golfing and bowling this month and she definitely has some skills. She seems to be a naturally great bowler as she legitimately beat both Trevor and myself. Not sure how I feel about the fact she is so good at bowling. Miniature golf might take a little more practice. She didn't understand she shouldn't just throw or kick the ball closer to the hole. We will keep working on it. Funny girl.

She also got to celebrate her cousins birthday at "Kangaroo Zoo" with fun slides and plenty of things to climb and jump on. It was super fun and she was super excited to have the party continue into a slumber party where the girls wore matching pajamas.

Time with baby H
Holder of the girls bows. Ha!
Thanks to that slumber party and Trevor being busy at comic-con I was able to go out and party with some friends. Sushi and karaoke until 11pm was a fantastic way to celebrate my fabulous friend Tracy's birthday. I can't remember the last time I went out and stayed out so late. I was more than a little tired the next morning when I had to drop off Trevor by 8am to see Chris Evans (Captain America), Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter) and Anthony Mackie (Falcon). I will make him write about his experience at comic-con and include several pictures for your viewing pleasure in an upcoming post. He had a great time and I managed to swing by for a few hours on the first day - thanks to a free ticket from a friend. It was crazy, but super fun.

I have the same dead eyes as C3P0

Now here comes October and Halloween. Bailey is super excited for her Elle Woods costume and we are still working on some phrases to go with her fabulous ensemble. "What like it's hard?" November will be here before we know it and we are getting really excited for our trip to Disneyland to celebrate Bailey's 4th birthday. How can she be 4?! Everyone think happy cooler weather thoughts. Welcome back to the U S of A to Trevor's parents who just got home from another mission. Maybe we can convince them to stick around for a little while this time. Until next time - keep on keeping on.
